Re: The Sacrifice
Thats the problem with steam games, you cant sell them on. They need to build in a mechanism similar to gifting on steam that allows you to give away or sell your games back or on to someone else.

Re: The Sacrifice
yeah I agree,
I have some games that someone else could use but cant cos of steam,
Steam sucks to be honest and doesn't serve any real purpose to games.. xx

Re: The Sacrifice
there is one fundemental purpose, it allows you to play your games anywhere. I'd say thats a pretty nifty attribute to have. You do away with your CDs DVDs. Physical space saver.

Re: The Sacrifice
yeah maybe its a good point but there is more bad than good.
Like when steam doesn't work you cant play L4D2, MW2 or any games that you buy from steam, to me that's a pretty big down side.. xx

Re: The Sacrifice
By selling games you are actually breaking the license agreement. You won't ever see that option in steam or any other distribution service.

Re: The Sacrifice
So then these retail shops that resell used games are also breaking the agreement? Hmmmmm if they can do that then i'm sure there can be a mechanism to facilitate this.
Companies like eBAY!!! etc!

Re: The Sacrifice
Some do, at least here in slovenia. I don't know much about the law anyway so don't ask me why they can or can't.
